A Vivid Dream

A Vivid Dream

"What is the most vivid or memorable dream you have ever had?"

For me, I would have to say it was a dream I had a few weeks ago.

I remember I was at a concert at what appeared to be the Showbox SoDo to see one of my favorite bands, Bullet for My Valentine, perform. I recall in the dream I enjoyed an amazing show by the band and as I stood front and center of the crowd, I kept my eyes locked on the singer Matt Tuck the entire time and even accomplished to make eye contact with him several times. In the words of the girls in the movie "Bring It On", there was some very serious "eye sex" going on between the two of us.

After the show a security guard pulled me aside and said that it was requested I come backstage to hang out with the band; to which I did with butterflies in my stomach the entire time. I was seated on a plush couch in the back where the bands were all hanging out, when I saw Matt walking towards me and immediately sit down beside me.

We had an amazing in-depth conversation about life, ourselves, our goals, etc. He kept playing with my hair, and I of course kept touching his since it was a gorgeous dark black shade at shoulder length.

As the evening wrapped up and people began to exit the venue, I was starting to get tired but didn't want the evening to end so Matt took me to their tour bus where we laid in his bunch and just snuggled up to one another and fell asleep.
